Savory spiral potatoes, air-fried to a crisp and seasoned for a fun, healthier snack or side option.

# What You'll Need:

→ Potatoes

01 - 4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed

→ Seasoning

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Optional Toppings

07 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (omit for vegan)
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
09 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Insert a long wooden or metal skewer lengthwise through the center of each potato.
02 - Hold the skewer and slice the potato in a spiral motion from end to end using a sharp knife. Carefully stretch the potato along the skewer to maintain even spacing between spirals.
03 - Combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Brush or rub the mixture evenly over the spiraled potatoes, ensuring seasoning penetrates between the slices.
04 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
05 - Place the skewered potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
06 - Air-fry at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes, turning the skewers halfway through, until potatoes are golden and crispy.
07 - Immediately after cooking, sprinkle potatoes with Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, and chili flakes if desired.
