# Steps to Follow:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine diced zucchini, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced red onion with 2 tablespoons olive oil, dried oregano, freshly ground black pepper, and salt. Toss until evenly coated and spread on the prepared baking sheet.
02 - Place baking sheet in preheated oven and roast vegetables for 18 to 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking, until vegetables are charred and tender. Remove from oven and set aside.
03 - While vegetables roast, combine softened unsalted butter, minced garlic cloves, and 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
04 - Arrange baguette slices on a second baking sheet. Using a pastry brush, generously brush each slice with the garlic butter mixture on both sides. Bake at 425°F for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
