# Steps to Follow:
01 - Combine minced preserved lemon, garlic, paprika, olive oil, and herbs. Coat chicken thoroughly and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
02 - Heat grill to medium-high. Cook chicken until charred on both sides and internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
03 - Toss cherry tomatoes, red onion, parsley, olive oil, white balsamic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Serve fresh over grilled chicken.
