# Steps to Follow:
01 - Heat sesame oil in a large soup pot set over medium heat. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger; sauté for about 2 minutes until soft and fragrant.
02 - Add ground pork or chicken to the pot, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Continue cooking until the meat is no longer pink.
03 - Incorporate sliced shiitake mushrooms and julienned carrot. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
04 - Stir in tomato paste and chili garlic sauce. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly to coat the mixture.
